Privacy & stewardship

Privacy is the foundation. Permanence is the promise.

Two commitments govern every commission: that your family’s materials remain yours alone, and that the portrait we create endures for the generations it’s meant for.

Your privacy

Everything you share — recordings, letters, photographs, stories — is held in strict confidence. Your materials are never sold, never shared, and never used to train anything beyond your own family’s portrait.

The portrait belongs to your family. You decide who may interact with it and how it is shared. We work with a small, vetted team under confidentiality, and we are glad to align with the discretion standards of your attorney or family office.

Your stewardship

An heirloom is only an heirloom if it lasts. Each commission is archived for permanence, with a documented plan for how it is preserved and passed down.

As formats and technology evolve, optional annual stewardship migrates the work forward, refines it, and safeguards it — so the portrait your grandchildren meet is as whole as the one delivered today.

Confidential by default

Anonymity is our standard. Nothing about your family is published without explicit, written consent.

Yours to own and control

You hold the portrait and decide its use. We never repurpose your materials.
